About Us

While working for Kirin Brewery, I attended the Diageo Brand Experience seminar as part of a marketing partnership between Diageo and Kirin. The contents of this seminar have become my guiding principles for my branding activities, because I could learn its history and uniqueness very interestingly and uniquely.

To pursue branding, I started my graduate study at University of Bath, attended WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Sake, and worked in Japan Centre London as sake ambassador. I held a couple of sake workshops at Japan Centre, and some attendee mentioned, “Your talk was very easy to understand and educational, although the explanation at a brewery in Japan was too difficult.” And, these words left an impression on me.

After coming back to Japan, I developed Craft and Harvest Co., Ltd. – the travel agency featuring the sake and wine brand experience tours in Hokkaido. During the expansion of coronavirus, I have worked for Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery and I just became to welcome travellers to our brand experience tours.
